HISTORY:
I was watching TV one night and the 'Buffalo Gals' video came on. The next day at school everyone was talking about what they'd seen the night before. Plans were made and the first very basic bubble pieces/ characters started to appear around where I lived.
To be honest, even after Subway Art came out and we gained a greater understanding of what we were trying to emulate, not much of what we did was worth looking at. Paint in the UK was a serious issue as it didn't cover properly and the colours were drab as hell. So bombing became something we gravitated towards.
Years of picking up and putting down graffiti but never being able to fully let go, led to the decision to go at it until I was satisfied I'd got the hang of it. Here we are all those years later still pursuing the perfect piece, never satisfied...
