PROJECT ALCHEMY UPDATE

We have recently experienced some problems with the latest release of Ironlak. We want to apologise for this inconvenience and thank all of our loyal customers for their continued support of Ironlak.

These issues have come about as a result of Ironlak taking a more proactive role in the production process and thereby giving us greater control long-term over increasing costs, product development and innovation.

While we recognise we have made some mistakes with this first release, we firmly believe that this was the right path to take to offer Australian writers the best quality and value for money product available. We will ensure things are back on track as quickly as possible.

Our previous supplier is now working with another paint brand in an effort to put us out of business. We are committed to giving Australian writers quality and value for money and while we have fallen short of late in this regard we also firmly believe the move to establish ourselves as a fully-fledged manufacturer will be in the long term benefit of our customers.

While it may be hard to see at present, the move towards becoming a manufacturer in our own right allows us greater control over the destiny of Ironlak and ultimately what we deliver to Australian writers.

We believe in being open and honest with our customers, as you guys have supported and sustained us through plenty of hard times and it's why we try so hard to deliver quality products and plenty of local support.
